I am currently in the process of constructed my own constructed language, called Ithaneian, coming from the root ithan- in its language which refers to light. In this language, light often has incredibly descriptive meanings and distinctions. This is a work in progress.

Word Order
Generally, Ithaniean follows a SOV word order, but emphasis can be added to the object by instead using an OVS order.
Noun Declension
Nouns in Ithaneian exist within 5 cases: nominative, accusative, dative, genitive, and instrumental. There are no genders in the language, but some nouns do have irregular declensions.

Verb Conjugation
There are 3 common verb endings: -eman, -iman, and -aman. All verbs other than eteman (to be), kiman (to have), and ithaman (to shine, used in many colloquial phrases) are conjugated according to their verb ending.
Passive Voice
There is no stand-alone passive voice. Instead, a verb can be turned passive by adding a -v- between the verb root and its ending.
